I'm a disable Vet who was told that I could have some work done to my 2020 Buick for free from any Buick dealership. So I went to Hill. The serviceman didn't look further into my account to see that I DI work done to my 2020 Buick for free from any Buick dealership. So I went to Hill. The serviceman didn't look further into my account to see that I DID have major guard- extended warranty on my car. He said my base warranty had expired, and handed me my keys. He broke my D-ring also. I'm on a fixed income, the least he could have done was to look and see that I had an extended warranty. I told him how far I drove. He said they couldn't fix me, and sent me on my way. I'm furious because he could have tried to help me knowing that I came from Philly, but he didn't. I didn't get his name but he is the first desk when you come down those service stairs. Now the gentleman in the sales dept were very helpful. I aappreciated them. But this one guy in service needs to treat people better, with more understanding and care. He makes me not want to get another Buick if I have to deal with this kind of ccustomer service. Recent Car Inspection and Service The service department is great. I was greeted at my car by an intake person. He took all the pertinent info and directed me to the service counter. At the counter, I was greeted by name, the expected work was thoroughly explained to me, and my wait time was short. The car was returned to me clean and I did not have to re-adjust the seat! The cashier was personable and asked me how my day was going. I highly recommend the service department. More

When I called to check on the status, I was told that my car is next in line. At 1:30 I received a call an was told the car needs an oil change, filter and brakes. This was supposed to take couple of hours. I did not hear from the service specialist till after 4:30. Not the service I expected... More

Fair, honest service. I have owned GM cars, with only a few exceptions, for most of my life. Until a few years ago, I went to Armen Buick in Ardmore. I stopped going ther I have owned GM cars, with only a few exceptions, for most of my life. Until a few years ago, I went to Armen Buick in Ardmore. I stopped going there because I actually caught them telling me that I needed a repair they had just done a couple months before! I never went there again. We've bought our last two Buicks at O'Reilly. So far, my experience is that they are very fair and don't try to sell repairs that aren't needed. I used to work on cars with my dad, so I can usually tell when someone is giving me a line. I haven't gotten that at O'Reilly. To be fair, my cars are new and under warranty. But recently, my 2008 Saab 9-3 needed tires. O'Reilly had sent out an e-mail that they match tire prices. To be honest, I was a bit reluctant to take the ten year old Saab there. The last couple times I took it to Armen, they told me I needed a bunch of stuff, my own mechanic said I didn't need. So my natural fear was that I would get a great price on tires and a massive list of repairs I needed done. I took my car to Nick Capatasto. He did indeed match my tire price and didn't come out and tell me I needed a bunch of repairs on the Saab. He offered to do an alignment, but mentioned (with incredible honesty) that the alignment was just a bit off. I went ahead and did the alignment and Nick found a coupon for me. This has happened several times to me, where they give me coupons I didn't know about. Very honest and nice. I have bought two cars from salesperson Steve Wadlin. He also is very honest and has given me great information both good and bad about the cars we bought, so that we could make an educated decision. When I had a couple problems after buying the car, Steve talked to me about it and even offered to get involved with service. The guy loves cars and he loves his job and it shows. In general, a strain of honesty seems to run through the place that is unusual in the car business and I have enjoyed working with them. More
Shocking!! The wife had a bolt in the side wall of the tire and needed a new tire. I called O’Reilly and they were the cheapest price out of a few places I called!! My perception of dealer service centers has always been that they were more expensive. O’Reilly has changed my point of view!! The other good news, a little over an hour and the job was complete!! Great job O’Reilly!!! More
