I am disappointed that the dealership doesn’t take care of customers better after the car is purchased or leased. Allowing only one service per year is not enough. We had several service issues with our trade in where the service department could not replicate the issues we were having. We lost all confidence in both the Vehicle and your service department, so we decided to trade it in for a lease. We have owned several GM cars and trucks over the years with a couple BMW’s in between. I guess we were / are spoiled with the present service we are getting with our second car BMW 2015 328d. Always free oil changes along with wipers and other parts free. Always received a free wash and other perks. We never get that service from you. Our other GM dealers always took care of us and treated us very well. More

Worked with Jay Meaney who was one of the nicest people I’ve met in the car business. He was honest and a straight shooter, which is always a plus in my book. The whole process of purchasing the car from O’Reilly Auto was quick and easy. We came to agreement on terms and pricing within minutes, and I drove up to PA from Virginia to pick up the car the next day. Car was immaculate (And fully detailed!) and within 30 minutes we had everything done. Seriously the best overall car buying experience I’ve had to date - this is how the process of buying a car should be, but oftentimes is not. Best car buying experience I’ve had This was by far the best experience I’ve had at a dealership ever. We had been to several prior to purchasing this car. Steve W was the best. Money and payments was never brought up until we were sitting down ready to discuss it. I never felt pressured or that he was being pushy. Steve genuinely seemed to care about getting us into something we wanted and not just selling a car. With a baby on the way safety was my biggest concern. Steve took the time to go over everything. I walked in completely upside down in my payments and left with a deal we’re still wondering how we got. Their prices were better than anywhere we have looked. Highly recommend this dealership.
