They took in my 2013 car, and provided help in choosing what to do...they ran numbers for purchasing and leasing a new 2019 GMC Terrain. They took time to explain all the features and how to use them on new car. Finance was quick and also explained the add ons....took 3 but not all. Overall, timing from start to finish was about 2. 5 hours ..all questions were covered. Awesome Experience!!!! More

I wanted a new car, but didn't know what I wanted and had been shopping around, test driving all kinds of Kudos go to Jack McGrath and Mark Robinson. I wanted a new car, but didn't know what I wanted and had been shopping around, test driving all kinds of big SUVs. The Yukon was on my list and had the pleasure of meeting Jack right from the start. His knowledge of the vehicle was great, the car sold itself. Having all of the new bells and whistles with the new technology is such a step up from my previous car. They negotiated a deal that I could live with and was within my means. However, once the finance guys got involved, it almost went south. I know they worked diligently to make this work and give me the deal we had discussed. They made it happen. I doubt that other dealerships would really stand up for the customer, but Jack and Mark did. Overall, a very smooth, seamless, painless process, these guys were great! More

I knew what I needed & what I wanted, but I had to make sure the vehicle would work for My salesman, Jordan Parker, could not have been more helpful. I knew what I needed & what I wanted, but I had to make sure the vehicle would work for my mom who has mobility issues. I was able to take an Acadia home so my mom could try it out in a “real world” situation. My mom was able to get into the Acadia with no problem at all. Jordan knew it was important that my mom be able to easily get in the vehicle, before I left the dealership, he made sure the passenger seat was all the way down for her. That extra consideration you can’t find everywhere. He was so excited for me the day I was picking it up! More
