The salesman there, after test driving my 2016 Encore, not in my presence, removed the Green OReilly tag on my key ring, denying it until I brought it up, and was asked by manager to look in my car at which point the salesman sneakily handed the tag to manager who sneakily put it back on my key ring. How petty & disrespectful to remove something that was my personal property without my permission! Obviously, the Granite Run salesman didn,’t want me to lease from OReilly Buick. Immediately after that incident, I went directly to OReilly & leased again from OReilly Buick& will continue to be loyal to OReilly Buick. More
