Our salesperson, Steve W, was professional and was able to answer all our questions about the car (even though it wasn't a Buick/GMC make). Recent Car Inspection and Service The service department is great. I was greeted at my car by an intake person. He took all the pertinent info and directed me to the service counter. At the counter, I was greeted by name, the expected work was thoroughly explained to me, and my wait time was short. The car was returned to me clean and I did not have to re-adjust the seat!
