I've been looking for a new vehicle for several months. Filled out the online chat form on a weekend when I saw a vehicle I was interested in possibly purchasing. First thing Monday I received a call fro Filled out the online chat form on a weekend when I saw a vehicle I was interested in possibly purchasing. First thing Monday I received a call from Steve Napoli. He assured me the price was what it stated, no upcharge or market adjustment, no BS. I was coming from about 2 1/2 hrs away and didn't want to get there and have a surprise. My local GMC dealer was gouging people during Covid with huge "upfit" extra charges, and I choose to look elsewhere after being loyal to them buying my last 2 from them. Everything was easier than I thought it could be, no heavy sales pressure for add ons, no change from the original deal. Everyone was great and low key. I did not feel any of the pressure I have felt in other dealerships. A very easy buying experience. From working with Steve Napoli on the sale and Stuart with the financing, everything was smooth and easy, and they were great to work with during the entire process. I will definitely try to deal with them in the future. More
