Many many years of sitting with a dealership sales person only to have them exit the following....I absolutely hate the car buying / leasing process. Many many years of sitting with a dealership sales person only to have them exit the room to meet with the mystery person / sales manager or someone "behind the curtain" to come back with their "new offer". Totally irritating and to me business rude. Just give me your best price first time, simple... Steve Wadlin @ O`Reilly made my recent lease process the best vehicle transaction experience I can remember. We discussed the vehicle via email and phone. Steve was very responsive and after I gave Steve my capabilities with down money and the exact vehicle I wanted he was prompt and went to his best number / final lease offer first time.
