O'Reilly was recommended to us by a friend who used to work at Ferraro Cadillac - and we had never heard of O'Reilly before. I live in south NJ and I was in the market for buying a GMC Terrain. To make a long story short I was getting NOWHERE with any of the pushy dealers in NJ. They would not respect my want to discuss the purc GMC Terrain. To make a long story short I was getting NOWHERE with any of the pushy dealers in NJ. They would not respect my want to discuss the purchase and what was expected prior to making the trip out to any of them. I finally decided to extend my search after a couple day breather and came across O'Reilly Buick GMC. I was more than lucky to receive a response from David Crawford who right from the start was kind, courteous, respectful, and not pushy in the slightest. I received the price I was interested in paying and David answered all of my questions as soon as I wrote via email. I had a lot of concerns because I was making an out of state purchase on top of the whole car buying process and Dave guided me and assisted me the whole entire time. I was sad to let go of my first big purchase (Cali), but I received a fair trade-in value and David made me feel a lot better about my new purchase. For the first time in my life I dealt with an honest person who happened to be a salesman. David was absolutely fabulous. The dealership was additionally lovely and comfortable. Stuart the finance gentleman was fabulous and not pushy as well (even though I finance from my own bank). David also took the time after everything was said and done to show me the vehicle before I ventured back to NJ. Just as an additional note: When I went to the DMV to tranfer my title/registration since it was an out of state purchase, the people who work there were very impressed how all of the paperwork was together for them because of the people at O'Reilly.
