Steven Wadlin was just one of many sales consultants I contacted indirectly through dealer sites when looking to lease a new Buick, and from his first message to final delivery was over and above. I did not receive waste of time automated scripts, just personalized, clear, concise and friendly information exactly as requested from Steven. That he owned the same car himself and could recommend certain options was even better. A few days later set up a time to visit and from an extended test drive on perfect roads to experience the Regal GS, to equally as straightforward deal discussion, everything was finished and done. Steve was terrific from the moment I walked into the dealership. He was professional, positive, pleasant, straightforward, and relaxed. While I was waiting, however, I was staring at the same car on the showroom floor, only with more bells and whistles. I figured I would ask him to put a price together for that particular car, and the lease offer he came back with was even more impressive given the extra options. I showed up at 8 pm, and at 10:45 pm I was driving off the lot with the showroom model. Despite not having been home all day, Steve took his time, once the car was ready to go, to walk me through all of the features, including On-Star, Satellite radio, air conditioned seats, and more. It was, overall, a very positive experience. More

I bought my new GMC Terrain at O'Reilly and dealt with Dave Crawford there. The whole experience was easy from beginning to end.
