He is professional respectful and knowledgable. He worked beyond the standards that we would have expected to make sure to get me the best deal possible on my 2011 Buick Regal! The day I came in to pick up my car, I had my young children with me and Bruce treated them like family!! From the moment we walked into the dealershp we were taken great care of by Bruce Casinelli. My wife is in a post-surgical boot and didn't want to drive the car the first night we stopped in. Bruce was most accomodating and arranged for my wife to come back the next day so she could do her test drive more comfortably during the day. We have only had the Lacrosse (Leather) 6 days but have been enjoying it very much. It is just what we wanted - the kind of luxury we had with a previous Lexus but with the Buick Experience 2 year lease"" it's a deal that can't be beat! More

I was pleasantly surprised with my new car buying experience at O'Reilly. This is my first NEW "grown up" car and I have never had to finance a car before so I was a little apprehensive. A friend of mine had recently purchased a car from Marty and recommended that I go to him as she and her husband had a great experience working with him. I live in the Kennett area and had looked at other dealers and brands closer to me already with no luck. When I met Marty he put me right at ease, I think he could tell I was nervous and assured me that he would answer all my questions and find me the perfect "grown up" car. He remembered my friends and the vehicle they had purchased which made me feel good and not just like a number. I felt like Marty really cared about finding me the perfect vehicle that I would be happy with for years to come. We test drove several vehicles and I decided on a Buick Lacrosse. I had a few requirements for bells and whistles (If I am going to have a car payment I wanted it to be exactly what I was looking for) Marty was amazing and located a perfect match! He made the trade in experience easy and I felt that I got a fair deal for my old car. He was able to keep my payments affordable and right in my price range. He was very knowledgeable in explaining all the features and capabilities of the car and how the financing worked in a way that I could understand. I felt very informed and most importantly comfortable and excited with my decision and my purchase! I've been to this dealer a number of times, the first when my 2007 Saturn Outlook's transmission decided to quit on me in West Philadelphia. The dealership sent a tow truck and I was picked up and on my when my 2007 Saturn Outlook's transmission decided to quit on me in West Philadelphia. The dealership sent a tow truck and I was picked up and on my way to the dealership in about an hour (that's pretty good coming from Newtown Square!). While there, I was treated as every customer wishes to be treated: professionally, courteously, and respectfully. I was offered a very nice CTS rental, and in about a week my car was better than when I first bought it. Unfortunately, more problems reared their head about 6 months later, and my extended warranty had since expired, leaving me little choice but to get rid of the Outlook-lemon and buy something newer and more reliable. This is when I met Marty. Marty understood my plight, and was quick to help me with my predicament. I still had quite a bit left on the loan from the Outlook, and I wasn't sure if I could continue to have the space and convenience the Acadia-line offered. Marty was quick to assure me that something could probably be worked out. So, we went on a test drive with a new Acadia; it was nice, but I think he could tell that I needed something with a tad more features (My outlook was a Outlook AWD XR, a feature packed car!). Quickly he pinpointed an acadia variant that had a descent amount of features, but wouldn't weigh me down with a crazy monthly payment. This all happened in about two hours. Amazing service. We worked out a deal, and shortly thereafter, I was headed home in my new car! Marty was a great help, he treated me like a normal person, not just a sale with legs. While waiting for the finance department to come back with information, he talked with me about life in general, offered me some water to drink, and even found me some boxes to help clean out my old car. When it came time to settle on the cost, he was knowledgeable, and helped me weigh my options appropriately. There is no reason to think that I will be going to any other dealership anytime soon, as long as I live in the Philadelphia area. I've been treated very well here and will return when the time comes. Hopefully Marty will still be there, I'd buy another car from him in an instant. More
