Bernie took great care of my husband and I. Steve Wadlin is perhaps the most honest and likable car salesman I've ever dealt with. He promptly responded to my internet price inquiry, and then was forthright and honest in all further dealings with hi salesman I've ever dealt with. Steve is terrific at follow-up and really works hard to find you the car you want at the best possible price. If there is a discount or rebate that you are potentially eligible for, he will find a way to apply it if at all possible. He got me a GREAT deal on a brand new, loaded Verano and I am thrilled. As a woman, I've seen my share of shady, bait-and-switch car dealers, which makes car shopping a rather unpleasant experience. Steve is nothing like those other dealers! If you want to skip the shadiness and of typical car dealers, seek out Steve. You will be very happy you did. More

From the moment, I drove onto the property I knew that I would be satisfied. During my first visit, I had the privilege of meeting one of the outstanding members of the sales team, Mr. Steve Borochaner. I was greeted with a warm smile and a firm handshake. When I explained what vehicle I was interested in purchasing, Steve listened and showed me the models they had in-stock; he explained all of the car’s features and offered me a test ride. Steve was not a high pressure salesman; he knew that although I test drove a 2012 Buick LaCrosse that I was interested in purchasing a 2013 Buick LaCrosse Premium 2 vehicle. He explained the similarities and differences between the two model years, as well as explaining the benefits of considering the purchase of the 2012, but when I insisted on waiting for the 2013 model he informed me of when the new model year vehicles would be in. I appreciated the fact that Mr. Borochaner respected my wishes for the 2013 model, as well as, my desire to explore other vehicles before making my final decision on which vehicle I wanted to purchase. After my initial visit, I received a thank you email and phone call from Steve, but was not constantly bombarded with emails or phone calls pressuring me into selecting his dealership for my business. I returned to O’Reilly Buick a few months later when the 2013 LaCrosse arrived and was warmly greeted by a number of the sales consultants who honored my wish to speak with Mr. Borochaner. I was promptly directed to the 2013 model and given the keys to take it for a test drive. Upon returning from the test drive, I informed Mr. Borochaner of my intention to custom order my vehicle and explicitly made known my payment preferences. He granted my wishes about the exact color and features I wanted for my 2013 Buick LaCrosse Premium 2. During the time that I had to wait for the vehicle to arrive at the dealership, I received emails from Mr. Borochaner with updates on its expected date of arrival; then, on the day it arrived, I received a surprise email, it was a picture of my new car while it was still on the delivery truck. This is the first time a sale consultant sent me a photo of my car on the delivery truck; I was so excited and knew for sure that I definitely made the right decision in selecting O’Reilly Buick as the place to purchase my new vehicle. My car arrived on a Thursday, but Mr. Borochaner respected my wish to continue my tradition of taking delivery of my car on a Saturday morning. The car was clean and ready for me when I arrived on Saturday morning. Steve explained again all of the vehicle’s features and set up my radio and phone preferences, etc. He introduced me to the key individuals I’d work with now that I was a member of the O’Reilly family. I felt like royalty during every visit I made to O’Reilly Buick. It did not matter how one dressed or how one spoke, every one was treated the same, as a king or queen. Doors were opened, firm handshakes given, warm smiles displayed and a friendly welcome was extended by all of the employees. During the past three months, the staff at O’Reilly Buick has not abandoned me. I have received phone calls and emails to say thank you for my business, to inquire if I am 100% satisfied and if there is anything that the dealership can do to make my owning experience even better than it already is. I was surprised and impressed to receive warm happy birthday wishes and a coupon for a free car wash. O’Reilly Buick hires individuals who are committed to 100% customer satisfaction 100% of the time (before you purchase your vehicle, during the purchasing process, and after you purchase the vehicle); that is something other dealerships should learn to emulate, especially since many sales consultants at other dealerships will not speak to you if you are not in fancy dress, even though you can afford to purchase their expensive vehicles. Although I have not had my car serviced at O’Reilly Buick yet, I am confident that I will be treated with the utmost respect and 100% customer satisfaction during each and every visit. In the near future, I will return to O’Reilly Buick to purchase another vehicle and I expect to be treated like royalty again. I will definitely recommend Steve Borochaner and O’Reilly Buick to everyone I know. Keep up the excellent job!!!! Since my first purchase in November 2012, I purchased three other vehicles from O'Reilly; they included a 2013 GMC Terrain, 2017 Buick Envision, and most recently a 2019 GMC Canyon. During each visit to the dealership, for service and to make purchases I was promptly greeted, treated with respect and the employees went out of their way to ensure that I was completely satisfied. I tend to trade in my cars after a few years and I only purchase General Motor vehicles, so I plan on returning to O'Reilly for many years to come and I encourage other people to do the same. More
