We purchased a 2011 Buick Enclave in June 2013, the experience we had at O'Reilly Buick was exceptional. I knew that I wanted to purchase the vehicle that replaced the Rainier I drove for nine years. Upon walking into the showroom Bruce asked if he could help me. I told him I was interested in purchasing the Enclave. He asked me If I knew anything about the vehicle. i did not know any details regarding the vehicle. He took me over to the Enclave on the showroom floor and explained all the features on the Enclave from front to back, The next step was to take test drive. He had a specific route to follow for the test drive. Once again all the features of the car were explained to me during the test drive and after we returned to the dealership.. After arriving back in the showroom we talked about my trade-in and cost of the new car. I did not want the sunroof but wanted the car so a compromise was struck regarding the price. Finally, I made arrangements to purchase the car and pick it up two days later. I liked the planning and sequencing of events starting with just explaining the vehicle, then moving to the test drive, and finally discussing price. The entire presentation regarding the vehicle was very well planned and executed. All my questions were answered. I was treated respectfully and professionally. More

I came in for service of my wife's SUV because your service department is top of the line. I didn't feel they pushed me to try and do unnecessary work. They were actually fixing what the last dealershi service department is top of the line. I didn't feel they pushed me to try and do unnecessary work. They were actually fixing what the last dealership messed up. While there we saw a 2011 GMC Acadia. We had been kicking around the idea of getting a larger vehicle and Dave Crawford worked all day to get the pricing we needed for us to drive away in it.
