I found the exact car that I wanted 60 miles from home at O'Reilly. I got in contact with Steve and he took care of everything. I got the car I wanted at a better price than I expected with a great trade in price for my 2010 Terrain. No headaches, no drama etc... The details were worked out via phone and text without leaving my office. All I had to do was take the ride over to sign the paperwork and pick up my car. When I arrived everything happened as promised. I was on the road quickly in my new car in less time than it would have taken at my local dealership. Purchase and Service My wife and I both own Buicks (Enclave & Lacrosse) and have used the dealership for both purchase and service for the past 5 years. We have always fou My wife and I both own Buicks (Enclave & Lacrosse) and have used the dealership for both purchase and service for the past 5 years. We have always found all personnel very friendly and courteous., particularly Bob Jones in service and Bruce Cassinelli in sales. On my wife's Eclave we had continuing problems with the navigation system and to put it mildly we were very frustated as I'm sure Bob was also. It took a while, but Bob was able to resove the problem. Re My Lacrosse I had the mis fotune to encoubter a deer on a highway which resulted in the car being totaled by the insurance company. As an aside I am glad we had this larger vehicle because the accident released all 6 airbags but neithe my wife or I was seriously injured. I worked with Bruce and we worked out a satisfactory deal. Bruce was very accomodting making sure I got all rebates, bonuses and discounts that I was entitled to. Thanks to both these gentlemen. More
