He presented me with financial breakdowns for two different cars I was inter He was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process. He presented me with financial breakdowns for two different cars I was interested in. I never felt the need to negotiate a lower payment. The incentives I received as well as the trade-in value and interest rate were very generous and within what I was willing to pay. The entire process took approximately 3 hours.
