Encore When I arrived at O'Reilly Buick to look at the Encore for a possible car to lease, our salesman, Jack McGrath, approached us inquiring as to what I w When I arrived at O'Reilly Buick to look at the Encore for a possible car to lease, our salesman, Jack McGrath, approached us inquiring as to what I was looking for in a new vehicle. I went over with him what I wanted in a vehicle and he showed me the Encore and its features and then we test drove it. I liked the car very much and thought it would be a good fit for me. We then began to sit down and talk numbers. It was at this time that Mark Robinson, sales consultant manager, started to work up the numbers. After going back and forth a few times, we came to an agreement on the numbers that I was very satisfied with. I felt that they knew the bottom line I was willing to pay, and they made it happen. I have had my new encore now for a week and so far so good. I really like this car. It fits me well! Mark Robinson and Jack McGrath were very professional and friendly sales consultants that I would recommend to anyone that is looking at cars. My parents are well up in their 80's and drove in the car the other day and loved it. They currently have a 16 year old Honda CRV and they stated when that car goes they will purchase a new encore. They liked it that much!! More
