I can say that it was the easiest car purchase I've ever had, so I will gladly refer them to anyone that I know who is considering a lease or purchase. I prefer to work with people who are personable and not pushy, and they were exactly that. They answered any questions that I had, and explained the things that I needed to know even if I didn't ask. Also, Stuart Krechmer reviewed all documents with me in a very easy to understand way. It's people like these three that make you feel like you're doing business with friends. More

As the lease was getting closer to the end in July, I decided to go back to the dealer to see my options. As soon as I walked into the showroom, Dave recognized me. He treated me like an old friend. He was very friendly and respectful. He explained all current offers available at the dealer on a 2017 Buick Encore and showed me and my family the available cars on stock. We came to a conclusion that either I would get a new car at a great deal as the last one or I would turn in the car at the end of the lease. Well, Dave got us the same great deal and we walked out with a brand new 2017 Buick Encore. He explained all the new features on the new car with patience and knowledge as well. We were all happy. Once again, another Great Experience We have been an O'Reilly customer for @ 10+ years but as it came time for a new vehicle, we did some comparison shopping. What we learned is that the We have been an O'Reilly customer for @ 10+ years but as it came time for a new vehicle, we did some comparison shopping. What we learned is that there IS no comparison and the main reason for that is due to Steve Borrochanner. Steve was very patient and understanding as we went through our process and never once pressured us or spoke poorly of the other dealer. In the end, we stayed with Steve and O'Reilly - very glad we did. More
You can't "Rely on O'Reilly" to call you "It's worth the drive to" continue past O'Reilly Buick/GMC and go to a dealership that has a little bit of customer service. I have leased 3 cars fro "It's worth the drive to" continue past O'Reilly Buick/GMC and go to a dealership that has a little bit of customer service. I have leased 3 cars from them over 3 years and after my last experience, I would recommend anyone who considers them to not sign any paperwork and take their offer to Faulkner Buick/Gmc or Granite Run Buick/GMC because I'm sure they would match it. I live right across the border in Delaware and am what's called "GM family" (my Dad worked 40 yrs for GM and because of that I get a pre-negotiated price for the car). It's a great benefit and up til this last acquisition it has never been a problem (14 cars from 6 different dealerships over 15+ years). So what happened? Well after doing 2 leases for me while I lived at the same address, the Business Manager "forgot" that I should get a credit for my "turn-in" lease that amounted to an almost $900 mistake. During my previous leases, I was able to take the titling paperwork to my state's DMV and leave with a check for the credit. This last time they hired a third party to handle all registration paperwork and did not give a choice for anything else. When I called Stuart Krechmer "business manager" about his mistake, he actually yelled at me and said " Ken, you need to tell me about these things." I was taken aback at being spoken to that way and said to him "so what you're saying is that I need to tell YOU how to do YOUR job" and believe it or not he actually said "YES". He continued with saying that he "did not do many Delaware registrations and YOU need to remind me." Wow, did they fool me. I understood at that point that I would not get anywhere with Stuart so I asked to speak with his boss, the general manager, Ken Kovach. Stuart told me that he was busy with customers and he would have him call me. That was 5 months ago. After having to process the paperwork myself, I got a denial letter from the state for my refund of almost $900. When I took the paperwork into my state's DMV I was told by 2 different people "the dealership should have done this when they titled the car". So I tried to speak with the general manager again and was again thrown back to my salesman. I told my salesman Dave that at this point, after being ignored by the General Manger Ken Kovach, I only wanted to talk to the owner, Bryan O'Reilly. My salesman Dave said he would call me on Friday. Guess what, it's now Sunday at 11am and I still haven't received a call. I don't think the owner, Bryan O'Reilly, will ever call me which is a shame because all I wanted to do is have my problem acknowledged and come to an agreeable outcome. I know hindsight is 20/20, but I never expected something as clear as taxes to be something you had to review during the course of leasing a car. I thought that that was the ONE area the dealership fought for you. No one wants to pay more taxes than is necessary. You would think that that is one time a dealership would be in your corner. The fact that the Business Manager, Stuart, would actually have the audacity to yell at a customer that he needs them to tell him how to do his job should be proof enough of why your business will be appreciated elsewhere. The real shame is that if any member of management had made any attempt to reach me over the last 5 months, I would not have written a bad review of them. Looking at other reviews for this dealership it seems to be a common theme for them, they only want to sell cars, not service customers. Learn from my mistake and keep "driving", it will be "worth" it. More
