Great service led to a good deal on a new vehicle. Purchased a used 2010 Buick Enclave from O'Reilly a couple of years ago and the service has been a great experience. Andy Quinn is very knowledgeable and when I brought the vehicle in for a leaking water pump at 74,000 miles, he informed me there was a special warranty on the problem and there was no charge. I also owned a 2012 Ram pickup that had a part go bad in the transmission the week before that cost me $950. The truck sat at the dealer for a week because they were backed up with transmission repairs. Even though they knew it was a defective part, they charged me. When I dropped off the Buick, I noticed a pickup that I liked that was sitting out front. It is a 2017 leftover and the deal was too good to pass up. Dropped the Buick off on a Monday night, for repairs, went back Tuesday night to pick it up and made a deal for to buy the Sierra and trade in the Ram. Picked the Sierra up Wednesday night. Nice to know the service will be above and beyond. More
