I bought my Jetta TDI from Ken Erwin about 3 years ago. I called him on the Sunday before Labor Day because a light in my car went on and I was afraid if I drove it I would cause the car more damage. Not only did he call me back, he made arrangements for me to pick up a loan on Labor Day. I picked up the car and the repairs were made the following day. Ken has always gone above and beyond after the sale. I would recommend Ken to anyone looking to buy a car. Not only does he do a great job getting you into the car you want, he constantly strives to ensure you are happy after the sale. More

I came into Hiley Volkswagen to originally get my VW Jetta repaired. I had been in ther service dept. often becasue my Jetta was getting older and kept breaking down. I had not planned on getting a new car that day but Ranfy, the service manager had set me up with Andy. Andy is a sales rep., that put me into A 2008 Nissian Altima. I am absolutley in love with my new car. Very pleased with the way everything went. It all ran smoothly. Andy did not pressure me into buying anything. He only helped me. I was upset about getting rid of my Jetta because I got it as my 16th birthday present. I had it for almost 5 years. I was crying and Andy assured me that everything was going to be okay. I reccomend Hiley Volkswagen to anybody looking to buy. More
My EOS has a problem with the battery draining. Thought we were just having bad luck with batteries. The original battery only lasted 2 years. I purchased a new battery from Pep Boys because it went dead we were just having bad luck with batteries. The original battery only lasted 2 years. I purchased a new battery from Pep Boys because it went dead on a Sunday and the dealership was closed. Second battery lasted several months before going dead. Pep boys replaced it under warranty. The third battery only lasted a few weeks. At this point we determined something was going on with the car and not the battery. The first time I took it in they kept if for two weeks and did not find the problem although it drained the battery while there. Gave it back with a "so sorry there's nothing we can do". I was not given a loaner until the second week. A week later the car was dead again. This time they towed it in hoping they could diagnose it if I didn't jump start it. It was towed in Monday morning, Tuesday afternoon they said the battery wouldn't hold a charge so couldn't run a draw test and asked did I want to buy a battery so that they could run a test. Well no, my battery which was basically ruined due to it being drained several times was under warranty at Pep Boys. I faxed them my recpt, on Wednesday, they tried to get a new battery from Pep Boys who refused to replace it (they said the battery tested good). Thursday they decide to pull a new battery out of one of their cars so they can run the diagnostic test. Friday it's "so sorry we can't find what's draining the battery there's nothing we can do" I'm hoping I can get my Pep Boys battery replaced once more and take it to someone who can actually fix it. I offered to purchase a battery from the dealership if they would gaurantee that I could get it replaced everytime it was ruined. They turned down my offer. I called the national customer care number and basically got no one who cared. Their suggestion was for me to take it to a different dealership. I did verify that they were working with the "technical specialists" at Volkswagen. Volkswagen is not reliable. Think twice about buying one. They have strange electrical problems which they can't fix. More
Went to Hiley's for 100,000 mile check-up on my 2002 Beetle and drove out with a 2007 Passat AND also a 2002 Beetle all fixed up !!! Had quite a day but it was very pleasant and painless !! I initially brought my Mazda in for service and was promptly greeted by Robby. I told him I was interested in looking at a used truck they had on the lot so he asked a salesman, Mike, to help me out. promptly greeted by Robby. After looking over the truck, I asked if I could drive it for the afternoon instead of the loaner car they were providing. They agreed. While signing a couple of documents, Chad (mgr I believe) came over to introduce himself and thank me for coming in. Later that day I decided to make the purchase and called Mike to let him know. Price was negotiated on the phone within a matter of minutes and Mike said he'd have the paperwork ready to sign when I got to the dealership. Because I didn't need financing I assumed it would only be a matter of a few signatures. However, when Mike and I finished I had to wait for financing to finalize the sale, which took longer than expected. During my wait, Chad apologized for the wait and assured me it wouldn't be much longer. My only complaint would be the longer than expected wait time, which was really minor in comparison to past experiences at other dealerships. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my buying experience. Although very young, Mike was by far the best salesman I've ever dealt with and I was very impressed. Every employee I came in contact with was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Although this was my first purchase with Hiley Auto Group, I've always been very happy with their service department. Now I can also say the same for their sales department. More
I originally took my car to this dealership for a service appointment. While waiting I decided to walk around and check out the new cars they had. I was approached by Ernesto when he inquired if I was looking for a new Gti because he saw me pull around for service. I didn't really have any aspirations of getting a new car but I was shown the new car and decided that if he could hit specific criteria with money figures I would highly consider the new car. He was able to exceed what I expected about paying for the new car and sold me on it and I drove home in a car i really loved and have since enjoyed. This purchase was my third car from the dealership and more then likely won't be my last unless I keep the one I have. More
I brought my Jette TDI in to fix a problem and they "fixed" it about 5 times and never solved the problem. They finally said they don't know what is wrong.
