Fast and Friendly Emergency Service We were experiencing some car trouble on our trip from Austin to Illinois. Hiley Volkswagen was the nearest dealership available when my Check Engine We were experiencing some car trouble on our trip from Austin to Illinois. Hiley Volkswagen was the nearest dealership available when my Check Engine light came on so we called and asked if they could squeeze us in. We were given an appointment a half hour away, but they took our car back within 5 minutes of us arriving for diagnostics. The service representative explained upfront how all the pricing would work and set us up in a waiting room with free bottled water and donuts. The waiting room was very clean and all the staff was very friendly while we walked our dog around the facility. They even let us bring our dog into the waiting room! The tech found the problem within such a small amount of time and it was such an easy fix that they didn't even charge us. I understand this can't happen for everything and that these companies run on profits, but I greatly appreciate the effort toward fair pricing. The service was so good that I would have happily paid the full diagnostic fee and labor. I can't recommend these people enough. If we lived in DFW area I would definitely be coming back again and again when I needed service or a new vehicle. More

SERVICE DEPARTMENT- "MOE" is Wonderful ! I have to admit that while I love my Volkswagen EOS, I have had an abundance of issues. WITHOUT QUESTION, had it not been for the service tech MOE - I I have to admit that while I love my Volkswagen EOS, I have had an abundance of issues. WITHOUT QUESTION, had it not been for the service tech MOE - I would have pulled my hair out and become a very unhappy customer. MOE - has ALWAYS, ALWAYS been diligent, concerned and as accommodating as possible. Hiley has been my servicing dealer for a few years now. I recently took my 2012 Passat TDI in for damage I caused to the wheel, strut, etc. The service work was done well and in a timely manner. However, upo recently took my 2012 Passat TDI in for damage I caused to the wheel, strut, etc. The service work was done well and in a timely manner. However, upon picking up the vehicle I noticed grease on my beige seats. Long story short, the seat cover had to be replaced. Hiley provided a loaner car so as to make the process as easy as possible. Hiley's response and solutions provided to those mistakes will keep my coming back.
