Volkswagen service- excellent experience! As a car enthusiast, it takes a lot of trust to leave your baby in someone else's hands. My GTI needed some repairs, and after asking around the Volkswagen community, several friends recommended taking my car to Mo Qadurra at Hiley Volkswagen. I'm so glad I did! Mo was the first one to approach me once I arrived, and he had a smile on his face and a welcoming attitude. I could tell right off the bat that Mo was very knowledgeable and enjoyed helping others. We discussed the issues with the car, and Mo formulated a plan to repair my intake manifold, and even made me a great deal on carbon cleaning that I couldn't pass up. My car was ready the next day, and was shiny as new when I came to pick it up. Overall, I couldn't have asked for better service and will continue to come to Mo for future services! More

Excellent service and customer care I have nothing but high regards and respect for Mr. Mo Qaddura and his service team at Hiley Volkswagen. I purchased my custom ordered car from Autoba I have nothing but high regards and respect for Mr. Mo Qaddura and his service team at Hiley Volkswagen. I purchased my custom ordered car from Autobahn in Fort Worth and have never been happy with the services rendered there. After one final bad service job at Autobahn, I decided to head to Hiley Volkswagen to see if they could help me out. Not only did Mr. Qaddura personally see to my car, he listened. LISTENED! He took the time to listen to my woes and frustrations in regards to the previous "services" and instantly reassured me that Hiley Volkswagen is not like Autobahn. Let me just say that he was 100% correct. They always provide the best service on my VW Passat Wagon and even bring it back to me in such a clean state that it feels like a brand new car each time. Not only does Mr. Qaddura go above and beyond to meet my car's needs, he also goes above and beyond to meet my needs and reassures me that everything will be fine. My car is almost 10 years old and has had problems since we purchased it. Mo ensures that I have the same VW technician work on my car and always calls me with updates on how they will proceed to fix and work on the car. If I have a question or concern in regards to anything happening to my VW, he immediately accepts my phones calls and schedules me in as soon as possible. Never have I had such excellent service, care and amity with anyone or any company as I do with Mo Qaddura and his entire service team at Hiley Volkswagen. I also have to add that he is very considerate and conscious of my son's medical needs, and always sees to it that we are able to have the services done in a prompt manner and around our hectic schedule filled with medical appointments. Customer Service only exists when you are buying I purchased a used Volkswagen CC in 2013 from Hiley (in addition to at least two other vehicles in the past). I recently traded in my CC on a 2016 To I purchased a used Volkswagen CC in 2013 from Hiley (in addition to at least two other vehicles in the past). I recently traded in my CC on a 2016 Touareg which I purchased from Southwest VW. My suggestion; take your business to Southwest VW. They know what customer service is-before, during and AFTER the sale. Shame on you Hiley VW, I would've purchased that Touareg from your dealership had your customer service AFTER THE SALE been anything like it should be. Obviously, you don't see a past customer as a potential future customer. I say this is because I had a huge warranty issue with my CC and Hiley's service department refused to call the extended warranty company on my behalf and work out all of the coverage, payment, etc. They said that only I could do that. Mind you, this wasn't the first time I had to rely on my extended warranty. So, frustrated, I called a different dealership and instead of having my car towed to Hiley, I took it to another VW dealership who was happy to do the $2,000 worth of repairs and maintenance. When I traded in my CC on the Touareg recently, I called to get the refund on my previous extended warranty. Once again, I have to deal with Hiley. I thought MAYBE the customer service had improved and I would give them another chance. I was told by a finance manager to COME IN and sign a form and bring my odometer disclosure statement. I have really crazy work hours, so I asked if the form could be emailed and I'd be happy to send them the original odometer statement and the signed form. Ummmm, "nope (curtly) you HAVE to come in". When I ask, "Why?", I am told "because it's the way we do it." Well, Hiley VW, you will never get my business again. In addition, I have a family member who works for VW corporate. I can't wait to tell her this latest bad customer service experience. More
