Always There Mo has always been there for what ever issue has come up with my VW GTI. Whether it was a minor issue like being able to take the oil cap off the oil Mo has always been there for what ever issue has come up with my VW GTI. Whether it was a minor issue like being able to take the oil cap off the oil pan or major issues like the ABS system not allowing my car to start. Mo is very prompt and straight to the point with everything. Hes going to tell you what you need, when you need, and how to get it, and also the cheapest and most efficient way to get it done. Warranty work It was time for my 10,000 mile warranty checkup and I also needed to get my annual car inspection done. I had to reschedule a couple of times and unf It was time for my 10,000 mile warranty checkup and I also needed to get my annual car inspection done. I had to reschedule a couple of times and unfortunately, the latest reschedule didn't get changed on the books. I showed up at 4:30 that day and Mo was at the desk. Despite the fact he didn't have me down for a 4:30 appointment that day, he didn't skip a beat and handled things very professionally. He was very kind and let me know a couple of times what the status was on getting my car all finished up so we could both leave for the day.
