Striving for excellance i have a 2006 jetta. i want to keep it going for a long time. A couple of days ago my a/c acted up and i called Mo, my service advisor. He told me to i have a 2006 jetta. i want to keep it going for a long time. A couple of days ago my a/c acted up and i called Mo, my service advisor. He told me to bring it in He gave me a estimate and explained what needed to be done. He made me an appointment for the next morning. It was fixed in a couple of hours. and i was on my way. i know i will always need future repairs. and i will always come to this service center, and i will always go to Mo for.his advice, his kindness, and his professionalism. i think honestly,everyone should strive to be like Mo.
