Friendly.Attentive.Professional Mo was super awesome! He was very informative and worked with me on my Honda that I had purchased from this location and took the time to order me wha Mo was super awesome! He initially offered to take me back to my nearby home via their shuttle service, but I wasn't in a rush at all. The wait wasn't bad as I made the mistake of not making an appointment and he informed me that to just give him a heads up that way I don't have to wait as long and I'll be good to go! He made sure that I was alright and would give me updates as I was waiting for my car! They also vacuumed my car as well and cleaned my windows. Mo is a very nice person and helpful! The location is very well taken care of and you can't beat a shuttle service for those that don't want to wait! Glad I purchased my vehicle here! Thank you very much Mo!! More

Annual check-up I brought my car in for the annual oil change and maintenance check-up. The guy who greeted me was very nice and professional but he was not Mo Qaddur I brought my car in for the annual oil change and maintenance check-up. The guy who greeted me was very nice and professional but he was not Mo Qaddura and I made a point to let him know I dealt only with Mo. He is my service provider. His service and care of my car are outstanding. You always get special consideration on your car. If there is anything that looks like it will cause any concern in the future, like a tire wearing thin, Mo will call attention to it and let you know you will have to make repairs soon. I trust his judgment. I go to Hiley only because I have found a service person I can trust. More
