Just came off a very bad situation with our local dealership (attitude), and called in thru VW assist to schedule an oil change and first inspection o Just came off a very bad situation with our local dealership (attitude), and called in thru VW assist to schedule an oil change and first inspection on my beetle. There was no hassle or hustle at all. Mo was extremely professional and understood why I drove 150 mi. to get my oil changed. He used full synthetic for less than our local dealership wanted for blend and gave me the car back nice and clean. Ended up leaving with nothing and no one seemed too be helpf As of now we are not happy with afterwards service.
