I took my Jetta to Hiley VW for a small oil leak after having an oil change at Valvoline. I had an appointment, but it took them 5 hours to diagnose and process an oil change because VW apparently has a s having an oil change at Valvoline. This was already frustrating, but what happened next was even worse. I got my car back and went on a 6-hour road trip, only to discover upon arrival that my car was smoking. The oil cap was found by my windshield wipers and oil was spewed all over my engine. A local dealership advised me not to drive it further to avoid more damage. I reached out to Hiley VW and Erin Jordan was initially apologetic and said she would check with the service manager. However, I never heard back from them. Despite following up with numerous emails, photos, and receipts, and calling and leaving messages, nobody has gotten back to me. This is completely unacceptable. Avoid Hiley VW at all costs! More
On January 2, 2024, I took my 2014 Jetta to Haley Volkswagen of Arlington Texas, for a noise in the engine, they diagnosed and replaced the timing chain and tensioner, but the noise continued, so in Volkswagen of Arlington Texas, for a noise in the engine, they diagnosed and replaced the timing chain and tensioner, but the noise continued, so in a second diagnosis they replaced the intake camshaft, which did not solve the noise problem either, after this they told me that the car was ready, I picked it up, paying more than 5000 dollars for the supposed fix, which was a failure, because 4 days Afterwards I had to return it because the oil light was turning on and off, and it had a strong smell of burning oil. 4 weeks later they informed me that the car has low oil pressure and that I must replace the engine at a cost of more than 9,000 dollars. . It is inconceivable because the car never had low pressure problems. And now after 6 months of the car being in the shop they deliver it to me unusable and I have to take it to my house by tow truck. They are not responsible even though they gave me a 12 month warranty or 12,000 miles and the car didn't even have 100 miles of use since it left that shop. It is very frustrating to try to find the best place for a repair because I thought it was a dealer authorized by Volkswagen, the same brand as my car, without imagining that it was the worst mistake since now I don't have a car and 5,000 dollars less in my pocket. I do not recommend this place at all. When I complained to them they said they are not responsible for anything like it’s not a big deal to them, worst place they don’t work on cars they ruin cars. Now I don’t have a car and they aren’t responsible for anything. More

I litterally can not wait to not need this dealership in anyway, just run! Guy is super unprofessional and shady, Car didn’t end up fixed spent money I didn’t need to and got an attitude every step of the way. Dont come here! More

I had an urgent situation with my daughters Jetta, and I got in touch with Richard and also spoke with Mo, I live in East Texas and my daughter lives in Dallas. It was a sticky situation. They were very kind and very upfront about everything going on, when it came time to get her car ( it got ready faster than we anticipated, ) I can’t express, my gratitude to Richard and Mo for their kindness in the situation when you're a mom and you live far away from your kid it’s very difficult and scary sometimes, also as women we can tend to be taken advantage of when it comes to vehicles, they made me really feel at ease of her car would be handled and they were very detailed on what to expect…I DO suggest Hiley Volkswagen of Arlington service department, Richard and Mo are top notch guys!!
