As a second time coustomer, Hiley won me over when we bought our last Jetta. This time, the salesperson we had was just as informative and polite as i had dealt with before. When we made the decision to move ahead with paperwork, they made a fair offer the first time. I can't beging to tell you how important that is. With a realistic starting point, it was very easy to negotiate a fair trade-in value for our car and move through financing with ease. Mind you, we had come with our four boys, all under 10, for the sole purpose of "just" test driving the car. However, they did such a good job of making a solid deal on the car we wanted that we actually stayed and bought the Routan. If you told me that I'd ever go car shopping with my entire family and actually enjoy it, I'd have called you a liar. However, Hiley made it happen and that's why we wouldn't look for a VW anywhere else. More

I initially brought my Mazda in for service and was promptly greeted by Robby. I told him I was interested in looking at a used truck they had on the lot so he asked a salesman, Mike, to help me out. promptly greeted by Robby. After looking over the truck, I asked if I could drive it for the afternoon instead of the loaner car they were providing. They agreed. While signing a couple of documents, Chad (mgr I believe) came over to introduce himself and thank me for coming in. Later that day I decided to make the purchase and called Mike to let him know. Price was negotiated on the phone within a matter of minutes and Mike said he'd have the paperwork ready to sign when I got to the dealership. Because I didn't need financing I assumed it would only be a matter of a few signatures. However, when Mike and I finished I had to wait for financing to finalize the sale, which took longer than expected. During my wait, Chad apologized for the wait and assured me it wouldn't be much longer. My only complaint would be the longer than expected wait time, which was really minor in comparison to past experiences at other dealerships. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my buying experience. Although very young, Mike was by far the best salesman I've ever dealt with and I was very impressed. Every employee I came in contact with was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Although this was my first purchase with Hiley Auto Group, I've always been very happy with their service department. Now I can also say the same for their sales department. More

I originally took my car to this dealership for a service appointment. While waiting I decided to walk around and check out the new cars they had. I didn't really have any aspirations of getting a new car but I was shown the new car and decided that if he could hit specific criteria with money figures I would highly consider the new car. He was able to exceed what I expected about paying for the new car and sold me on it and I drove home in a car i really loved and have since enjoyed. This purchase was my third car from the dealership and more then likely won't be my last unless I keep the one I have. More

Rocky Acosta did a great job. He was very thorough with the delivery process, showing me all the features of the car.
