Our sales rep, Rocky Acosta, was helpful, professional, gave us various options without pushing us into a higher priced model. He never spoke ill of any other autos, but rather, he focused on the advantages of the CC. In the end, we got the car we wanted at a great price. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rocky or Hiley VW! At the end of my experience, I obtained my ultimate goal of purchasing a car, but I got more than that through my interactions with Seth. I got someone I could trust throughout the process. I received execellent customer service from every employee I came into contact with. The price advertised on the internet was the price that I received.
