I wanted a new Jetta with a manual transmission, so my husband did some research on the internet to find what I was looking for. Quickly, he got a response from Ken Erwin, the Internet Sales Manager quoting a great price. After a few emails to ensure this car was really what we were looking for, we made an appointment to test drive the car the next day. We drove a long way to go to Hiley Volkswagen, and it was worth it! Ken was ready to meet with us at 9:00 that next morning. He was knowledgeable about the car and all its bells and whistles. (and there are many!) We then worked with Rezwan in the finance department, and he was knowledgable, efficient and fun to work with. We picked the car up the following Monday and it was sitting in the showroom with our name on it! Would "Highly recommend Hiley"! More
