I wish I went to this VW dealership before wasting time at Plano VW. Ken & I met after I had walked out of Plano VW dealership because Plano talked to me for HOURS before they let me test drive the car I at Plano VW. Ken is friendly, respectful, and a great listener. Ken took away the obstacles of car buying- there was no bologna-banter or shady sales ploys (like those at Plano VW). I told him what I wanted, what my considerations were found the perfect match! It was actually a FUN experience!! This is the first new car I have ever purchased and he made it a memorable experience. As for price-great value!! I looked at BMW, Smart Car, Fiat, Ford, Nissan, Toyota, Honda- nothing had the price tag that matched the product....except for VW of Plano!!! Ask for Ken when you want to buy your next car!! Shane, from service, is very amicable and explained the window tinting options and process. Also, there's an ample supply of water and free wifi in the service waiting area so time goes by quickly.
