Listen up people, you need to go see Andy. He is such a respectful young man and certainly not your typical car salesman. I wish I went to this VW dealership before wasting time at Plano VW. Ken & I met after I had walked out of Plano VW dealership because Plano talked to me for HOURS before they let me test drive the car I at Plano VW. Ken is friendly, respectful, and a great listener. Ken took away the obstacles of car buying- there was no bologna-banter or shady sales ploys (like those at Plano VW). I told him what I wanted, what my considerations were found the perfect match! It was actually a FUN experience!! This is the first new car I have ever purchased and he made it a memorable experience. As for price-great value!! I looked at BMW, Smart Car, Fiat, Ford, Nissan, Toyota, Honda- nothing had the price tag that matched the product....except for VW of Plano!!! Ask for Ken when you want to buy your next car!!
