This was my first experience with purchasing a VW product. Previously, I had bought almost exclusively Honda products. This time, however, I wanted a smaller, more fuel-efficient car. Not liking the current design of the Civic, I concentrated on the Ford Fusion and VW Jetta. After driving both vehicles, I found the Jetta to be a much better car. Despite having less equipment, it just drove better, felt more solid, and had a more upscale, European fit, feel and finish to it. Having the 36-month free maintenance plan on it was just icing on the cake for me. It made the decision on which car to concentrate on very easy. To say that my purchasing experience was quick, easy, and painless is an understatement at best. I was on a tight time schedule; and they were able to expedite every aspect of the purchasing process in a very timely fashion. Both my Salesperson; Ernesto (the Sales Manager); and the Business Manager were top-notch, considerate of my time, and extremely professional. I was also extremely happy with the trade-in allowance I got on my car, and the negotiated lease payment on my Jetta SE. After taking the delivery of my Jetta, I had a concern with the driver's side window and door panel. However, these concerns were handled promptly, professionally, and in a friendly manner by Matt Lero. He went out of his way to ensure that everything was addressed, corrected, and delivered to my satisfaction. The level of service I've received after the sale has far exceeded my expectations. Every one I've met in the Service Department has also been very friendly and professional. Needless to say, I would definitely recommend both this VW product and Hiley Volkswagen. This is my second experience with the Hiley Group of Dealers (I had previously leased a Mazda) and I will definitely be a repeat customer the next time I consider a VW or a Mazda product. I would highly recommend them to anyone. More

My wife and I just purchased a new VW Beetle from Hiley VW in Arlington, TX. From start to finish the entire process went great! Ken was great to work with. He took the time to go over everything about the vehicle, answer any questions, never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable. He worked with the appraisers and got us top dollar for our trade in. Also the transition over to talk with the financing department went very smooth and was very no-pressure. The dealership had actually closed for the day but they were all very willing to stay until everything was done and all of our questions answered. In this day and age this excellent level of customer service is becoming harder and harder to find, so I highly recommend Hiley VW and especially Ken Erwin for all of your future automobile needs!! Had a really horrible experience while visiting this dealership. While the salesperson, Nas Elhamud, was friendly and was trying to be helpful, the sales manager was the ABSOLUTE worst. We felt like we got the complete run around while we were there. Cars that were marked as available for sale were later removed after we showed interest in them. We were then told they would sell us the series higher at the same price, only to have them come back and say they were going to charge for it. They also wanted to give us a below market value for our trade. They were clearly unorganized and wasted hours of our time. We ended up leaving there and went to Park Cities VW, where we bought our new car. The two dealerships were like night and day. Park Cities was awesome and Hiley was terrible. Hiley may be closer to my house, but I would NEVER refer anyone to them after the experience we had. More
