I went with no expectations - The best service I have ever received - Had been working with Ken Erwin over the internet - no pressure from salesperson - Made an appointment to go and see the car I was lo ever received - Had been working with Ken Erwin over the internet - no pressure from salesperson - Made an appointment to go and see the car I was looking at - sat down and stated what needed to happen to complete the deal and it happened - left with my new VW Beetle Turbo - I can completely state I would return here for my next car and again work with Ken Erwin - very friendly, knowledgeable and was right there through the whole process - I just returned from my 30 check up on my car and the Service Department was excellent - got my car in and out and went over the check up report with me making sure I understood everything - asked if I had any questions on my new car and when I did went over it with me and stated they would see me again when my car reaches 10000 miles - I was there no longer than an hour and at other dealerships I have waited longer than an hour and a half for a simple oil change - I am really impressed and that takes a lot - Great Place to purchase a car - Highly Recommend!!!! I traded in my 2008 Toureg for a 2013 Passat. It was a wonderful experience. I was given what I needed on my trade in and a very fair price for my new car. Hiley listened to my needs and expectations and helped me get into a car that I would be happy with! I was truly impressed with their ability to answer my questions and help me find a car that I truly love. We had the pleasure of having Harlan as our finance representative. He was very helpful, efficient, and knowledgable. I was very impressed with his ability to make things clear and answer our questions in a way that we could understand. My wife and I wanted to purchase a new TDI Jetta because we were moving away from our jobs out to the country and knew MPG was going to be very important to us. Our current vehicles weren't made for that type of driving and as this would be my wife's car I wanted to find something comfortable and sporty. We also have a 14 month old daughter that would be traveling with us on our commute and so room for a car seat was a must!!! I did my research online for dealerships in the DFW area and found a car I liked and made a call. Ken the internet sales person was extremely helpful and informative answering any and all my questions. This was going to be a major purchase for our family because of the amount of driving we would be doing which is approximately 180 miles per day. Ken was never high pressure or pushed us for anything just kept in touch with emails and answered my questions as I sent them to him. When my wife and I decided we wanted the car I was able to submit all the information I needed to Ken online and he was able to get the deal moving for us. When we arrived at the dealership he had the car cleaned and ready to test drive. My wife and Ken took the car out and she LOVED it!! Our other vehicle had not power and was very sluggish. This Jetta would run when you hit the pedal and that was a great surprise knowing it was a 4-cylinder. When my wife got back with the car she let me know she wanted it so we got started finalizing all the paperwork. We had our daughter with us and Ken was so good with her and never seemed frustrated or bothered by the fact that sometimes we had to run all over to get her. One of the most important things I can tell you is my wife and I have bought a handful of cars now and looked at plenty and she has never been happy with a sales person until Ken. She described him to me as more personable and friendly than any other sales person she had dealt with and that he never treated her like a "woman that knows nothing about cars". I really enjoyed working with Ken with his professionalism and his ability to get our deal done even with the negative equity we brought to the table, and make our buyer experience enjoyable. My wife and I have been driving our TDI Jetta now for a couple weeks and we are still in love with it. We look forward to dealing with Ken again in the future as my wife will be looking for a vehicle in the near future for the weekend driver that we can take are planned to be larger family and friends out in. This was one of the most painless vehicle purchases that I've ever had, and I've owned 30 vehicles. Ken Erwin was our salesman and was extremely professional and very truthful throughout the whole process. There were some issues with the car once we drove four hours back from Dallas. After a quick email to Ken we had an appointment setup and the parts were on order. The dealership was packed with customers the day my wife and I arrived, however we were met promptly by multiple people, including the sales manager. In a world full of poor customer service experiences, Hiley Volkswagen of Arlington is an exception. I would have no problem recommend them to anyone if they're looking for their next vehicle purchases and Ken Erwin is the man to see. More

The main reasons we chose Hiley VW are (1) It is the closest dealership to our home in Whitney which is still over an hour and a half away. (2) We had accumulated almost 60000 miles on our Jetta TDI and we were hooked on the idea of getting ab new Passat - Motor Trend's Car Of The year. Cody Wiggens was very helpful to us in the process. We were travelling in our Jetta on the west coast and staying with relatives - actually house sitting. I was looking on line for dealers in our home area and near our winter home in Aransas Pass near Corpus Christi. I looked at inventories and there were near none in the trim levels and colors that we would want. Cody was the only personal respondent among the dealers we contacted. We bought our 2009 Jetta from the dealer in Corpus and I though they might be willing to help us find what we were looking for. Cody communicated by e-mail and actually wound up making a personal call to me to discuss our options. He expressed a sincere willingness to help us wo I told him we would contact him and come to Arlington to discuss our options in person. We really wanted either one of the two silver colors but thought we might like the Red. Cody showed us the Red and it was not a color we could get used to. There was a white Passat TDI with everything on it in the show room. We kept talking to Cody and relized that we were not going to find exactly what we were seeking. Cody never pushed us at all but we decided on the white Passat with more on it than we wanted or needed. I had done research on the value of our Jetta as a trade-in so did wait for Hiley's offer befor signing the deal. The only pressure applied to us was from your extended warranty salesman. He was very persistent so we did wind up with the five year extended warranty. Cody does his job well. There are many folks out there surfing the net looking for the car of their dreams.
