Brad made leasing a car a pleasant experience. My car was recentley totaled and the insurance company only gave me a few days to find a new car. I work full time and have a toddler so I didn't have a lot of extra time. Brad worked hard to make the transaction easy. He had the paperwork prepared and ready for me when I came in to save me time. Additionally, he followed me to the rental car facility so I could turn my rental car in and then he drove me back to the car dealership. He also let me store some of my personal items (for exampl my jogging stroller) at the dealership for the week until I could pick it up the next weekend (I had it in my rental car and it wouldn't fit into the cute little convertible I leased from them). Long story short I was seriosuly stressed out from the entire car accident situation (my car being totaled) and Brad helped make an already stressful situation less stressful. In my opinion he went above and beyond to help me with this lease. I leased a 2013 Bettle convertible and I am loving it. I am very happy with the car and would highly recommend it and my salesman Brad to anyone in the market. More

My husband and I were simply wanting to test drive the new VW Turbo Beetle. When Cody came out to us, we thought "Oh no, a salesman". What we quickly realized was this was not the "normal" salesman. Cody was friendly, non-abbrasive, understood what we were looking for in the car. He quickly got us in for a test drive. Not only did we LOVE the car, we sat down that very day and signed papers. The time in the dealership was, by far the best car-buying experience we have ever had. Cody worked with us, again in a non-abbrasive and friendly manner, to get the price we were looking for. From driving on the lot to leaving with my new car was about 2 hours, most of which was spent with the car, not in the office. Since the purchase of my car, Cody has followed up with me on a few occassions just to make sure that I still love my Beetle! What GREAT customer Service. I recommend Hiley VW to anyone that asks. This was my second purchase with Ken Erwin, and once again I am elated with the deal I was given. I was looking for a specific GTI and couldn't find one. I called a few dealerships, Hiley being one of them. Ken took my call, said he'd find the car I wanted. Check. He countered my offer with one more dealer-friendly, brought the car in from Austin, kept it packed in styrofoam peanuts in a gigantic box until I had time to pick it up, and then he paid off my mortgage just to make sure I could afford my new GTI. I live about three years away from Arlington, but Ken sent a shuttle jet for me on pickup day. During the new car orientation, he showed me things the guys at the factory don't even know about. So even though I'm in a bad mood because my Final Four bracket collapsed today and I wanna take it out on someone, I can't say anything bad at all about Ken or Hiley Volkswagen. Parts of this review may not be true, but bottom line is since I no longer have a house payment, I plan on buying one new Volkswagen per month, and I'll def buy from Ken at Hiley. More
