I bought my Jetta TDI from Ken Erwin about 3 years ago. I called him on the Sunday before Labor Day because a light in my car went on and I was afraid if I drove it I would cause the car more damage. Not only did he call me back, he made arrangements for me to pick up a loan on Labor Day. I picked up the car and the repairs were made the following day. We began dealing with Ken about a week before actually visiting the dealership. We drove in from Midland and stopped by last Saturday, August 24th. We owned a '13 Jetta TDI, which we traded-in for a '14 visiting the dealership. We drove in from Midland and stopped by last Saturday, August 24th. We owned a '13 Jetta TDI, which we traded-in for a '14 Passat TDI and couldn't be happier. We have since received a follow-up call from Ken about our satisfaction with the Passat and to be completely honest, we couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience and vehicle. We bought our Jetta from another dealer in Texas who deals in volume and will never do that again. This will NOT be our last purchase through Hiley VW and Ken. THANK YOU for everything!!!! More

we were greeted by rocky asking if he could help us look for a car. we were looking for used, my family really liked the passats so after a while looking at all the passats we were offered water in the show for a car. we were looking for used, my family really liked the passats so after a while looking at all the passats we were offered water in the show room and we really liked the new passat and bought it ! the one in the show room. the following saturday went to see rocky so he could help me set up Sirius offering us coffee and water every time. the third time we got our plates offered beverages again and they detailed the car while putting on the plates.great fantastic service. thanks. -mike hughes. I intended on buying from another dealership for a volkswagon. Had a few reserves but pretty much made my mind up to go thru with the purchase. Ken is an all around great salesman. He isn't the type of salesman who pressures his customers in buying extra options or warranties. The guys there are easy to work with and are friendly. I started working with Ken on finding a new Passat TDI with manual transmission . He notified me when the car was available at Hiley and after a test drive I decided to buy the car if I could get the pric with manual transmission . He notified me when the car was available at Hiley and after a test drive I decided to buy the car if I could get the price down to edmunds.com market value price and if I could get the KBB trade-in value on my current VW. To my surprise he was able to make it happen. He is easy to work with and does not put any pressure on the customer. I would buy my next vehicle from him. Another great thing is that he continues to be of service AFTER the sale! Most salesman forget about you after you buy the car. If he does not know the answer to a question, he finds the answer. He does not make up answers and give his honest opinion. I highly recommend him and I think he is a great asset to Hiley VW! Sidenote: I am really enjoying my new 2013 Passat TDI. The car is huge and I am getting 44 MPG in the city and 50 MPG on the highway. I can easily get over 700 miles per tank with city driving. More
