I went to the dealership and received a welcoming smile and handshake. We looked at a couple of cars and I found the Passat I wanted. I told them if you can make the down payment, trade in and get me and extended warranty all within a payment I can afford I will buy it today. In less than an hour I was driving off the lot with the biggest smile on my face and relief in my heart. I have a reliable car to get to work everyday. I am so thankful! Also Richmond sinc my phone with the car, went over all the options. Had it detailed for me and a full tank of gas. I have previously owned a Porsche and a BMW from Park Place and they have never done that. And those vehicles cost 3 times what I could afford today. Richmond even followed up the next day with a phone call to see if I was enjoying the car and if I had any questions to give him a call. I have told everyone about Hiley and before summer is out I am sure a few of my friends will want a new car like mine. More

We really were going in to just look around, and get a feel for what they had and do some comparison shopping, but Adam was so helpful, knowledgeable, and understood our needs, a great listener, and we hit it off right away. No pressure shopping, he was just an all-around nice person who knows his product. It was an absolute pleasure. Kenn showed the utmost professionalism and welcomed us like we had been customers for a lifetime, a real class act and he really worked with Adam in helping to get us right around the price we were comfortable with. Nael handled our financing and he knows his stuff. Hilarious, but explained everything, worked out our needs, and made our night. My husband said he could turn a sow’s ear into a silk purse, and he did for us. Brad was Adam's sidekick when I went back on Saturday, and he was very patient with me as I searched for my car. I really wanted an SUV since I've been driving one for 8 years, and was bummed about not finding the style I wanted, but all of the guys said I'd fall in love with the Passat over a domestic SUV. We'll still see about that, but we were very pleased with the care of service and professionalism we received from them. So, two cars in two days...wow!!! Hiley has been my servicing dealer for a few years now. I recently took my 2012 Passat TDI in for damage I caused to the wheel, strut, etc. The service work was done well and in a timely manner. However, upon picking up the vehicle I noticed grease on my beige seats. Long story short, the seat cover had to be replaced. Hiley provided a loaner car so as to make the process as easy as possible. Hiley's response and solutions provided to those mistakes will keep my coming back.
