Ken was very straight-forward, he cared more about providing me with the best customer service possible, and putting me in the right vehicle for my needs. Ultimately, I went for the VW Golf because of its driving performance. Ken checked-in with me even after my purchase to make sure I was enjoying my new Golf. Once signed they refuse to admit there mistake. next they added 500 for window tint I didn't ask for. Watch them on financing they play games with the interest rate in a push to up sell you on warranties. Finally after closing the deal they tried to claim the car we agreed on was no longer available in a attempt to get me to take a different color that they had on the lot, had to get he regional rep to crack heads at 2 dealerships before my burgundy red car could be shipped in. The Passat TDI is a wonderful car (45.7 mpg on a 5 day road trip cruse locked at 77 most of the way) only 3 things I would change 1even with telescope all the way out if you have short arms you will be stretching for the steering wheel (vw add 3inch easy fix) 2the driver seat is narrow, plenty of wasted space between you and the door add 2 inch to the width. 3 the steering wheel gets in the way of the analog gages 1/2inch smaller gages and a 1inch larger dia wheel should fix this. VW is making what so far appears to be a great car in the Passat but don't walk run to a different dealer to make your purchase. More

SERVICE DEPARTMENT- "MOE" is Wonderful ! I have to admit that while I love my Volkswagen EOS, I have had an abundance of issues. I was looking for a 4-doors hatchback with manual transmission, which seems not so easy to find here in the US. Jorge found a 2015 golf TDI with all the features I wanted and within my budget. As the car was not available in the Arlington inventory, Jorge went himself to pick it up at an other dealer's location in Fort Worth. The car ready for me to pick up the day after.
