Patient and understanding I am not a super savvy car shopper. I found a good deal online and drove from over an hour away to check out in person, and hopefully purchase, of I am not a super savvy car shopper. What what supposed to be a 30 minute test drive and purchase, turned into a 3-5 hour escapade after my bank required me to be reapproved for a loan I had already been confirmed for. This entire time I was dealing with the bank, Ken was extremely patient and went out of his way to accommodate me in my quest to purchase the car (which, through his help, I was able to purchase). So in short, I was that customer from xxxx who just wouldn't leave, and Ken was patient and helpful the entire time. Thanks Ken! Hopefully the next time around will be much smoother on my end. More

Ken goes above and beyond for his customers. He offers honest and fair advice that has taken in to consideration the needs of his customers. He is patient, kind, and funny! Buying a car is stressful for many people like myself that have many things to consider as far as budget. Both times I saw Ken (the first time I leased, the second time I purchased) he never showed me something out of my budget. I really appreciate his honesty and realistic approach when showing me cars. This last time I ended up purchasing my vehicle instead of entering a new lease. Ken found a car within my budget, with the features I needed (bluetooth), and a fantastic color. The car he chose was not on the lot that day and needed to be brought in but he went above and beyond finding a car that met all my needs! I will definitely see Ken for all my car buying needs and send my loved ones to him. If you are looking for someone who is honest, kind, and knowledgeable then you have found your man!
