Mislead This was my 1st time leasing a car and my last with this company. I was very ignorant as to how a lease was structured and I shared that with my sales This was my 1st time leasing a car and my last with this company. I went to trade my 2013 Jetta in and found out my payoff is as high as is was when my lease started 3 years ago!!! Bad business and no integrity at all. Fast and Friendly Emergency Service We were experiencing some car trouble on our trip from Austin to Illinois. Hiley Volkswagen was the nearest dealership available when my Check Engine We were experiencing some car trouble on our trip from Austin to Illinois. Hiley Volkswagen was the nearest dealership available when my Check Engine light came on so we called and asked if they could squeeze us in. We were given an appointment a half hour away, but they took our car back within 5 minutes of us arriving for diagnostics. The service representative explained upfront how all the pricing would work and set us up in a waiting room with free bottled water and donuts. The waiting room was very clean and all the staff was very friendly while we walked our dog around the facility. They even let us bring our dog into the waiting room! The tech found the problem within such a small amount of time and it was such an easy fix that they didn't even charge us. I understand this can't happen for everything and that these companies run on profits, but I greatly appreciate the effort toward fair pricing. The service was so good that I would have happily paid the full diagnostic fee and labor. I can't recommend these people enough. If we lived in DFW area I would definitely be coming back again and again when I needed service or a new vehicle. More

Best experience ever. Nicest people to work with. Jorge helped me out several times to get in a car and he would try every way possible to get me in a car.
