One week, we just went looking at cars to refine our research. We dealt with Salesman Yaw who was very professional, friendly and patient. He took up a lot of time with us knowing that we were not prepared to buy that day. He never rushed us or made us feel that we were wasting his time. We looked at several dealers before going back to Hiley Mazda. We both dreaded the typical "car buying experience".Since Yaw was busy with another customer, Jorge took over and worked with us. He too was very professional, friendly and made the car buying process smooth and easy. I would recommend Mr. Ruiz to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.
