Great Buying Experience Working with Carlos was a pleasant experience. He is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and not at all pressuring. I was with my son guiding him in his first auto purchase. Earlier in the day we had been at a Hyundai dealership and as we left my son said, "I can't believe the attitude of that salesman". We both agreed we would not be buying from that dealership. When leaving Hiley Mazda, my son said "I really like Carlos". Carlos did everything he said he would in a professional manner. We did have a couple of minor problems with the car at delivery, but here is where the true colors of a salesman and dealership show. The issues are being handled in a friendly and professional way and my son and I could not be more pleased with our experience with Carlos and the Hiley Arlington dealership management team. This is my third Mazda purchased in 6 years, two of them from Hiley Arlington and I truly do recommend this dealership with no reservations at all. More

Upper management doesn't care Loved, loved Joel, our salesman ... Reading the reviews with them saying they are sorry for a bad experience is FALSE! Had a great salesman, but JENNI Loved, loved Joel, our salesman ... Reading the reviews with them saying they are sorry for a bad experience is FALSE! Had a great salesman, but JENNIFER in finance was demeaning and was very unprofessional. When we called to complain AFTER car was bought only because we really did get a great deal and our salesman Joel was pleasing. They had no care for what we thought of the demeaning and disrespectfull remarks from their finance manager who stated that we were pretty much buying a crappy car because we didn't buy what she was offering for extra problems that can arise. She also told me I picked a real winner in regards to my husband who's friends and family know mechanics and are old owners of a Volkswagen dealership that was sold. She stated if anything goes wrong, then pointing to my husband, that he would pay for it and that she hopes that I teach my daughter to pick someone better. Joel, no disrespect to you or Volkswagen. However, JENNIFER in finance is a very bitter and unprofessional individual to deal with. This is the WORST car buying I have ever experienced when it came to financing. Won't EVER go there again. After countless calls over 2 days. NO ONE has called to follow up or apologize. Best of luck to those who encounter Jennifer in finance who is a very judgemental individual. More
