I got my car serviced and as he was getting me settled in a lady came in and brought him a huge box of cupcakes. Initial thought...I'm in good hands. She was incredibly thankful of him. I was getting a recall done and Mo was attentetive to the smaller details. Straightforward and honest. Mo is a no bs type of guy. He wholeheartedly just wanted to take care of me and I could tell I was not getting any special treatment. It was unexpected from your typical service department. The visit was kind, lighthearted, and a no bs experience. If you could have ten Mo's running around in service no one should have a reason to go anywhere else. I will be returning for future service. My PT Cruiser wouldn't start Richard McQuatters is an outstanding asset in the service department. My car wouldn't start to get me to work and my wife called him to ask if the ser Richard McQuatters is an outstanding asset in the service department. My car wouldn't start to get me to work and my wife called him to ask if the service department could take a look at the car. I'd had the battery tested and it still wouldn't start. Richard said to have the car brought to Hiley and he'd have the techs look at it. Richard called me and let me know the techs did look at it and found a loose battery cable. He'd had the techs fix it and that was it. My wife and daughter both drive VW cars and trust Richard completely with this dealership performing service on their cars. Richard even called me this morning to follow up that my car is still starting. This is the best experience I have ever had with service for one of my vehicles. I can't thank Richard enough for his efforts. More

Mo....Always the BEST!!!!!! Thanks :) Mo is one of the BEST service guys I have dealt with here. Mo is always able to help us get our vehicles in when we need them in. Even if I have a que Mo is one of the BEST service guys I have dealt with here. Mo is always able to help us get our vehicles in when we need them in. Even if I have a question on anything to do with our Jetta or CC I call Mo and he always knows the answer and if he doesn't he will tell me and then call me back with the answer. A couple of things I would like to point out is that that waiting room needs some serious help. Every time I come in for an oil change or for repairs I wait for my vehicle. I have to sit in those chairs which are very unconformable, dirty, and torn up. I won't let my young kids play in the play area because it is really nasty. The bean bags need to be thrown away, toys need to be cleaned, that rug needs to be deep cleaned or tossed, all and all that children's area needs new stuff. I am pretty sure you guys can afford to give that whole service waiting area a makeover. If I was rating the service department waiting area it would have gotten a big fat 0/F as in FAILED. More
