My experience with Hiley service department was awesome. Mo Qaddura was very professional and knowledgeable. I needed an oil change and tire rotation and Mo made sure my vehicle was serviced promptly and cor Mo Qaddura was very professional and knowledgeable. I needed an oil change and tire rotation and Mo made sure my vehicle was serviced promptly and correctly. He even took the time to explain to me future service needs of my vehicle. He was very concerned about my safety and the repairs my vehicle needs. I will be back next month to have those recommended repairs done. Thank you Mo! As long as Mo is employed with Hiley, I continue to have my vehicle serviced here. More

Great service advisor Mo Qaddura is one of the best service advisors that I've come across. My Volkswagen Touareg is my second vehicle after my Mercedes sedan. He always gives me personalized service and even arranges to take care of me when he's not going to be at work. I highly recommend this dealership for service even if you didn't buy your car here. Great Customer Service I’m not accustomed to great customer service at dealerships when I’m getting my car serviced, but Hiley Volkswagen changed that. Friendly.Attentive.Professional Mo was super awesome! He was very informative and worked with me on my Honda that I had purchased from this location and took the time to order me wha Mo was super awesome! He was very informative and worked with me on my Honda that I had purchased from this location and took the time to order me what I needed for my car! He initially offered to take me back to my nearby home via their shuttle service, but I wasn't in a rush at all. The wait wasn't bad as I made the mistake of not making an appointment and he informed me that to just give him a heads up that way I don't have to wait as long and I'll be good to go! He made sure that I was alright and would give me updates as I was waiting for my car! They also vacuumed my car as well and cleaned my windows. Mo is a very nice person and helpful! The location is very well taken care of and you can't beat a shuttle service for those that don't want to wait! Glad I purchased my vehicle here! Thank you very much Mo!! More
