Best VW Dealership in years. Just came off a very bad situation with our local dealership (attitude), and called in thru VW assist to schedule an oil change and first inspection o Just came off a very bad situation with our local dealership (attitude), and called in thru VW assist to schedule an oil change and first inspection on my beetle. There was no hassle or hustle at all. Mo was extremely professional and understood why I drove 150 mi. to get my oil changed. He used full synthetic for less than our local dealership wanted for blend and gave me the car back nice and clean. I want to thank you for your help and recommend Mo and will be telling people here where to get serviced. More

The Better Experience!!! Jorge was my salesperson. He turned what could have been a stressful situation into a pleasant one. I no longer trusted the mechanics of my car and ne Jorge was my salesperson. He turned what could have been a stressful situation into a pleasant one. I no longer trusted the mechanics of my car and needed something reliable and in my price range. I had not expected to buy anything that day because I had been to two other car dealerships and was disappointed. However, when Jorge started working with me to find what I wanted I felt good about the deal I was offered. Three weeks later, after my old car was done away with, Jorge gave me something I thought was lost. My sunglasses. I was so glad that he had found them!!! I was a little worried about having to buy another car but coming to Hiley was truly the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thank you. More

Ended up leaving with nothing and no one seemed too be helpf As of now we are not happy with afterwards service. My oil light has come on twice for service, came in and was told I didn’t need to til 10,000 miles As of now we are not happy with afterwards service.
