This dealership went above and beyond to help me at the service department! I drove into Arlington on a Saturday afternoon from from out of town with car problems that would not let my car start after t service department! I drove into Arlington on a Saturday afternoon from from out of town with car problems that would not let my car start after turned off. I was traveling with three children and my pet. I explained that I was planning on being in town for one day, but I could stay until Monday if repairs and parts took that long. They understood my predicament and worked hard to alleviate my problems as soon as possible even though they were very busy and it was late in the day on a weekend. I waited only TWO hours before receiving a call notifying me that my car was fixed and ready for pickup. I was astonished considering the situation and how busy the dealership was upon arrival. They went above and beyond and seemed to actually care about and understand my situation. Everyone was extremely friendly, considerate, and sympathetic. From my initial experience with Kelly to the finalization of service handled by Mo Qaddura, I was elated by the customer service and genuine concern pertaining to my situation. This dealership saved my weekend and made the seemingly impossible possible.
