Hiley Subaru is most organized in the manner that treat their customers. I was impressed with the employees and one in particular, Taylor who provided continuous updates on my car repairs by text including their customers. In addition, Subaru provided a video to view regarding the repairs on my bushing that had broken under the car near the struts. I had the choice of choosing which items I would like to repair. The video was awesome! The only thing I was disappointed was the fact they promised me a car wash but wasn't followed through. The inside was vacuumed but there was dust everywhere. I checked with whomever checked me out they reassured me that it was washed however it was not. I didn't have time to let them do it as I needed to get to the tire shop. The car was repaired actually before the due date which was nice. Lastly, Hiley provided me with Llyft to and from my house as I didn't have adequate transportation from my home since I live alone.That was awesome. I would highly recommend Hiley either for a new purchase or car repairs. They are fair and go beyond to make it a pleasant experience for their customers. Thank You Hiley! More
About 6 months ago, I took off a day from my busy schedule to drive to Fort Worth to see a specific car i talked to a salesman about who said he'd meet me there. Upon arriving he handed me over to s schedule to drive to Fort Worth to see a specific car i talked to a salesman about who said he'd meet me there. Upon arriving he handed me over to someone else who does used cars. Then the used salesman was gone for a while and came back to tell me the service manager took the keys home so it's unavailable to see that day. No one seemed to care about apologizing or giving a rip about my inconvenience. I know people make mistakes, but at least OWN it or apologize. So I ended up driving to a different Subaru dealer an entire hour more away just so I wouldn't have to deal with Hiley which is the closest Subaru dealer by far to where I live since other communication with them was just as bad. So I bought the Subaru from the other dealer (who actually bought it from Hiley), and that's what I thought about Hiley to go that much out of my way for one they originally owned. So when the first 6 month check up came due from my new Subaru today, I decided since Hiley was so much more closer, I'd try to give their service dept a try hoping it would be better than the sales dept. Nope. On every level Hiley has terrible service, clear down to just trying to CALL the service dept that would put me on hold and hang me up 3 times. Then I tried to go thru the chat who just left the chat without finishing. So I called again and finally got someone. Of course, when I mentioned I'd been hung up on 3 times, there was no response, nothing. That's just relationally weird, much less in a BUSINESS not to say they were sorry to hear that or something! So I told her that since i had such low mileage is there any reason I should still bring it in at 6 months. She had no clue, no ability to think through such a simple question, and ultimately gave me the wrong info. I then called the other Subaru company (Huffines in Corinth where I bought it) and was immediately and courteously greeted and told that the first 4 services are free so no reason to pass it by just bc of low mileage. Hiley just acts like you're a bother instead of being happy to have a customer. I should've listened to my gut the first time I walked into Hiley and some salesmen were just standing around chatting and ignored that a customer was present. Never in my life have I come across a worst example for SERVICE in a car dealership than Hiley. Even IF they had a GREAT steal of a deal, I would never do business with their I-dont-know and I-don't-care attitude. STAY AWAY FROM HILEY SUBARU! More

First time buyer and worst experience ever! It looked like I had a good deal done with salesman but when I got to the finance person, it slipped a $10k extended warranty without my consent! When I signed this contract he didn't gave me a copy at that time saying it'll be mail to me which didn't happened. 3 weeks later I went to pickup my license plate and asked again for a copy of my contract, when I went back home and slowly went over the contract I realized how he pulled out this dealer fraud on me, I called the bank where I'm being finance and they told me it's all coming from the dealer, so I went back to the dealer to discuss this issue but it kept on saying that it was too late because I already signed this contract and it was a done deal. I'm very disappointed and will probably seek legal advice to hopefully get this issue resolved, although they have good prices, you really have to watch out for their FINANCE FRAUDS. More

Smart, low key, cool staff. They have a good selection which is not common these days. I literally bought my car in 2 hours. I was so stoked to get a Subaru and I am very proud owner of a new 2023 Crosstrek however my experience with Kip was terrible. He misinformed my wife and I about warranty Maintenance and had the audacity to of a new 2023 Crosstrek however my experience with Kip was terrible. Devastatingly bad experience! I had a friend in the Fort Worth area go by to inspect a 2020 Jeep (we live in Louisiana). As the vehicle looked good I contacted Mauricio to make the purchase. We discussed price until closing. This morning I texted Mauricio shortly before 9am opening time stating I was ready to make the purchase. No response. A little while later Josue texted me to call him. In my conversation with Josue he collected my information and was going to work up the invoice to send and I would make a deposit at that time. He assured me the vehicle would not be sold. After not hearing from Josue I texted at 1:53pm to make sure paperwork was coming. He said he had gotten tied up with an unexpected customer and that someone sold the Jeep we were purchasing. Basically because Josue did not complete paperwork promptly and collect my deposit timely, our vehicle sold. I was left telling my 17 year old that the car we were purchasing was sold from under us. This is absolutely unacceptable. More
