Hiley Subaru far exceeded my expectations of a dealership as a first time car buyer. The sales man I worked with was just so personable and on my side the whole time. Warranty work completed sat. Was told a higher price for work prior to pick up, but then Taylor ensured the appropriate warranty was applied and my cost was zero. Work completed on time, only downside, first time had to have warranty work performed under 50K miles, but the service was great and I like the new location. Car provided for warranty work was clean and it gave me an opportunity to test drive a newer Outback model. Would recommend Taking your Subaru here for service, love the video and the walk/talk that is Texted and emailed. The technician always sound professional. More
