The service department has never been capable of fixing the car correctly the first time. They are very slow. Again, just like Hiley Volkswagen of Arlington, the service manager, and in this case, the part the car correctly the first time. They are very slow. Again, just like Hiley Volkswagen of Arlington, the service manager, and in this case, the parts manager are horrible. Whenever they get a new one who is good, they don't star for long. They use an outside party for window tint at the tinters shop. This tinter is also horrible. The tint bubbles after only a year or two. Even with a lifetime warranty on the tint, they keep taking it back to the same guy. The last time they guy did it, he removed the tint with a heat gun, melting the defroster on the rear window. I would not recommend this dealership for sales or service. More
