Starbucks coffee machine in waiting room, They keep you informed via text through the whole process and invite questions. I was just their for an oil change/tire rotation, but I saw people who were there for actual service got videos on their phone of their technician going over the issues and solution as the customer got to stay in comfort. Checkout was quick and painless. Definitely recommend! More
