My wife and I both bought vehicles through Hiley and decided we did not need the warranties we'd purchased. We cancelled our warranties, confirmed with the warranty companies that the warranties were ca decided we did not need the warranties we'd purchased. We cancelled our warranties, confirmed with the warranty companies that the warranties were cancelled and told we'd get a check from Hiley in 6-8 weeks. This was in July and we are still fighting to get our refund checks. The warranty companies have told us the checks would come directly from Hiley and their part in the process is complete. I would not do business with Hiley again as their finance office has ran us in circles continuously during this process. More
