High Priced Service Maintenance Higher priced for service maintenance than some other car dealers. Getting maintenance at this dealership seems to cost more. Also, seems to require a diagnostic without prior discussion of fault/defect probabilities on left front wheel grinding. Diagnostic charge was not determined as applicable against charge to fix the fault. Further, my extended warranty was deemed questionable on coverage of service charge to fix this grinding fault on left front wheel. Perhaps needing front brakes replacement has caused the fault? Service staff is personable and professional but need to reduce service costs. More

Then, if all the checkmarks were there, then talk business. They listened to what we wanted and that's exactly what happened. No stress. Michael, the general manager was very receptive when I asked if they could find the vehicle in a different color. He found one. Done! We sat down and discussed the final details. SOLD!!! It was so pleasant and painless. More
After a very bad experience with Carvana we were leary about buying a used vehicle sight unseen. Darryl, the salesman who worked with me via text, phone and email was awesome. Best Used Car Buying Experience to Date I've bought many used cars from dealerships, this was the best experience so far. Keith Robinett was respectful, straight forward, and ensured there I've bought many used cars from dealerships, this was the best experience so far. Keith Robinett was respectful, straight forward, and ensured there were no surprise costs when the paperwork was signed; very good to deal with. My only criticism was the initial low-ball offer one of the managers generated for trade-in; in my opinion it was disrespectful to assume I didn't know the value of my car or incompetence on their part to estimate a value so far off ... either way was not good and resulted in unnecessary haggling to get to the bottom line.
