My overall experience with Hiley Mazda was great.I purchased a 2011 Mazda 3. My sales rep. Scott Tankersley was wonderful. The process of the whole experience was very quick and thorough, I called about my particular vehicle early in the morning and by 4 i was driving off of the lot with my vehicle. Scott was very friendly he gave us a tour of all departments, and explained in detail the features of my vehicle.I could not have purchased a better car at a better price anywhere than here. Thank You Scott and the whole staff for being so kind and genuine, and thanks for making me feel comfortable when buying a new car which can be stressful. I would no doubt recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
Salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful in the selection of my new car. Was willing and able to answer all my question and was a pleasure dealing with. Scott was extremely friendly, not pushy nor hard sell and was very knowledgeable of all features of the CX-9. Eveyone we dealt with at the dealership was friendly and courteous. Negotiating a final price was friendly and non stressful and I felt comfortable with the agreed price. One post closing incident did come up that was fairly upsetting. The final price that we negotated included a $500 Mazda discount. After all papers were signed, sealed and delivered and the down payment check written and given to the finance manager, we were with Scott going through the new car familiarization process. The finance manager approached and said that he could not give us the $500 discount because we were not financing through Mazda. During negotiations we had been asked how we were going to pay and we indicated it would be a combination of trade-in, a down payment and the balance financed through Redstone Federal Credit Union. The finance manager even completed the Redstone loan application for us so we believe there was ample time to notify us before closing and give us a chance to back out of the deal or go ahead and accept. We believe the right thing to have done was for the dealer to honor the deal as closed or negotate a compromise, however, this was not offered and at this late date when we were ready to drive the car out, what were our choices? We wound up having to charge the $500 on our credit card resulting in a price that was $500 more that negotated. More

I am and have always been so impressed with the quality customer service I've receivedc from Delman Davis. His has been kind and considerate each and every time I've brought my Mazada 6 in for servicing o customer service I've receivedc from Delman Davis. His has been kind and considerate each and every time I've brought my Mazada 6 in for servicing over the past two years. Miss Kelly Taylor also have been gracious each time I've been in the servicing center and has followed up my visit with a courtesy email. I am quite impressed with both Delman and Kelly. Mazada couldn't ask for better service representatives than Delman and Kelly. I cannot imagine purchasing my vehicles (this is my second vehicle purchased through Hiley Mazada) any place else than at Hiley Mazada of Huntsville. Thank you! More

It has been almost a year since I purchased my CX-7 and I love my car. Blake Cruttenden was a great salesman who checked on me regularly for the first few months after my purchase. Word of mouth is your best advertising and I would definitely recommend my friends visiting him when they are in the market for a new automobile. I have been to the service department twice, for regular maintenance, and for the most part it was a good experience. However, the last time I called I got a voice message and after leaving my contact info as prompted, I never received a call back. I had to call again after a few days to make the appointment. More
