I feel that this dealership showed the best customer service I have ever seen at a car dealership in my life. Everyone was very friendly and kind. By the time we were finished with everything the service department was closed and our salesman Scott washed our car and took it to put gas in it for us. that was very nice of him. you wouldnt find that at most dealerships. He made sure everything was the way we liked it and told us if we have any problems or questions to contact him and he would handle it. He was a good guy overall and deserves to be praised for his hard work. i give Scott and the dealership not a five star rating but a ten star for excellent customer service and quality care. More
I have bought quite a few new cars during my lifetime, but none of the purchases were as painless and professional as the ones I made at Hiley Mazda in Huntsville, AL during the past year. I never looked forward to the usual cat and mouse games that you have to play with the typical sales people, and then the fast talking slick sales manager who is “always losing money on the deal” according to him. I have walked away from many a dealership over the years due to some assumptions that a woman looking at cars by herself is either “a dumb broad that just fell off the turnip truck” (i.e., she has no clue how to buy a car) or just looking and the husband is going to be the one doing the negotiating and actual purchase. While not really looking for a new car, I saw an ad last December for $5000 off sticker for the 2010 Mazda6’s at Hiley Mazda. I didn’t really think about getting a Mazda since I had always been a Honda and Acura gal, but I thought I would go check out the special and what “strings were attached”. I test drove one of the 6’s and was really surprised at how sharp it looked and handled, in addition to all the options and safety features. The salesman and the Sales Manager (Kin Wilson) were very polite, professional, and non-assuming. They actually valued my business. How often do you see that anymore? There were no strings attached, so I did some more research about the Mazda6’s that night, then went back the next day and bought the vehicle. I was now the proud owner of a Mazda6 and have loved it ever since. A couple of months ago, I started shopping for an SUV. I went to check out Ford and Lexus models, but just didn’t get that “we value your business” feeling that I got from the folks at Hiley Mazda. So, I went back to Hiley Mazda, got up with salesman Michael Ponter and took a look at the CX-9’s and what they had to offer and went for a spin. I then sat down with Kin Wilson (again) and he came to a price without me having to haggle at all. He honored all incentives (and then some) plus the 0% financing that was advertised. I said I wanted to think about it a day or two and there was no pressure that I had to buy it right then to get that price. Both Michael and Kin treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. I went home, did some more research and pricing, then went back the next day and bought the car. The paperwork took less than an hour. Again the whole process from start to finish was one of the most comfortable car buying experiences I have ever had. I have thoroughly enjoyed both the Mazda6 and the CX-9. I now have two Mazda’s instead of Honda’s. The Service Dept. folks have been very professional and polite as well. If you want to own a great fun car to drive, and be treated with respect and professionalism, then go visit the folks at Hiley Mazda in Huntsville. More
I found a pre-owned Mazda 6 as an internet deal from Hiley Mazda at a fantastic price. My entire car buying experience with this dealership was wonderful. The sales person who handled my account was Scott Tankersley. He was an outstanding sales person. He was super friendly, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. He never tried to push or rush me into making a decision. While test driving the car, he found a small problem (one that I probably would not have noticed for quite some time) and ensured me that it would be fixed. The dealership has been great as correcting small problems (that are expected out of a pre-owned vehicle) that I have asked; given there is no type of warranty on the vehicle. I would highly recommend Scott and Hiley Mazda to anyone. More

He explained all of the attributes of the car and worked with us on the price. He took us around to all of the service leads, head of sales and finance and they gave us information on their processes. Your dealership worked with me on the price and came down to a realistic value. My wife is very happy with her car. Jack More
I recently traded in my 2007 Mazda 3 for a new 2012 Mazda 3 and both cars were bought from this same dealership. The main reason I am still a customer with Hiley is because of their no pressure sales, excell 3 and both cars were bought from this same dealership. The main reason I am still a customer with Hiley is because of their no pressure sales, excellent customer service, knowledgable sales and service reps, and friendly employees. My sales consultant, Michael Ponter, was very knowledgable about the new Mazda 3 and had a friendly, helpful attitude without any selling pressure. He worked with the sale manager to get my monthly payments in the price range I needed and honestly answered every question I had. I believe he is there to help the customer find and get the right car for their needs and not there to just make a sale. I would highly recommend Hiley Mazda for Sales and Service, and I will continue being a customer with this dealership. I have no doubt that all the Sales Consultants are qualified but after dealing with Michael, I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a Mazda. More
I would recommend this dealership, and specifically my sales rep, Scott Tankersly to anyone looking to buy a Mazda. When I first went to Hiley a couple of months ago to look at and test drive the Mazda 3 sales rep, Scott Tankersly to anyone looking to buy a Mazda. When I first went to Hiley a couple of months ago to look at and test drive the Mazda 3, Scott was friendly and helpful but was never pushy or off-putting. He answered all of my questions, encouraged me to take my time and was very nice. After considering my options for a couple of months, I decided to buy a new car, and Hiley had the exact car I wanted, which I found on the website. I live in Nashville and could not go to Hiley, but I called, and within a 3 hour window, I was approved for financing at a great rate, and had reached an acceptable monthly payment with the help of Scott. I had planned to make the trip to Hiley that weekend to pickup the car when they called me back and Scott offered to drive the car to Nashville that very day so I was so excited! In the final stages, Scott asked that we go over everything in detail since I was not on site to see the exact car I was buying. As we went through everything line by line, we discovered the car had be inadvertently listed as an automatic transmission when it was actually a manual. Scott asked that I give him some time to come up with a solution, and by the end of the day he came back to me with another car, from another dealer, that was exactly the same car for only $10 per month more. I feel like I got a great deal to get an automatic for practically the same price, and without having to wait days for an answer. The next day he brought the car to me, we made the deal and he offered help to setup bluetooth and go over all of the features of the car. He gave me his cell phone so that I could reach him with any questions, and he even called me a couple of days later to make sure I liked the car (which I LOVE). Great service, I would certainly recommend them! More

Michael provided all information that I requested within a reasonable period of time. He also provided great customer service. I only had to deal with Michael, rather than back and forth between salesman an a reasonable period of time. He also provided great customer service.
